Neuromuscular Massage
Neuromuscular massage, also known as Trigger Point Therapy, is a style of bodywork founded in the 1950s by Dr. Janet Travell. Trigger points are hyper-irritable spots in taut bands of muscle that can be activated by trauma, injury, overuse, underuse, and more. Trigger points often send referral patterns or sensations to other areas of your body; for example, a trigger point in your hip may be causing pain or discomfort in your feet, or a trigger point in your neck may be causing your headache.
Benefits of neuromuscular massage therapy include pain relief, increased mobility, increased circulation, and an increased general body-awareness. Neuromuscular massage therapy can also help to regulate symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping has been used in Eastern medicine for centuries. Depictions of cupping can be found in ancient Egyptian, Islamic, and Chinese medical practices and scripts as far back as 1550 BC!
Cupping uses decompression, or “negative pressure,” to target localized trigger points in a muscle. Although it may feel a bit intense at first, cupping can provide a deep, instant relief that is entirely unique.
Cupping therapy can promote circulation, provide local pain relief, increase mobility, and encourage relaxation.
Oncology Massage
Oncology massage gently focuses on relieving symptoms caused by treatment, medications, surgeries, or cancer itself. Oncology massage can help relieve pain, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, and depression.

Codes of Conduct
Massages performed by Ahrianna of Remedy Massage Therapy are strictly for the purposes of facilitation healing. Inappropriate behavior (including but not limited to hateful, sexual, or violent speech or actions) will result in the immediate termination of the session and all future sessions with no refund and a permanent ban from the facility. Charges will be pressed for any and all unlawful behavior.
Cancellation and No-Show Policies
Clients may cancel their appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Client cancellations within the 24 hour range will require a $25 cancellation fee.
For new clients who cancel before 24 hours, the $25 deposit will be refunded. For new clients who cancel within the 24 hours, the $25 deposit will be regarded as the cancellation fee.
No-Shows will be charged per the list below. Clients may not rebook until this fee has been paid. Clients who are fifteen or more minutes late will be charged as a no-show and asked to reschedule. If a client no-shows two times, they will be charged full price upfront for future appointments.
